Ingredienti:
1 rotolo di pasta Brisèe (se non avete fretta potete prepararla voi)3 Carciofi
Succo di Limone Lemonor Polenghi
1 Spicchio d'Aglio
4 cucchiai di Olio Extravergine d'oliva
q.b. di Vino Bianco
3 Uova
1/2 bicchiere di latte
60 gr Parmigiano Grattugiato
q.b. di prezzemolo
q.b. Sale
q.b. Pepe
Procedimento:
Pulite i carciofi, tagliateli a spicchi e metteteli in una ciotola piena di acqua e succo di limone per non farli annerire. Scolate i carciofi e metteteli nel boccale con l'olio e lo spicchio d'aglio tritato e azionate per 10 Min. 100° Antiorario Vel. Soft.
Sfumate con un pò di vino e proseguite ancora la cottura. per altri 10 Min. 100° Antiorario Vel. Soft. Metti da parte.
Trita il gruviera. 5 Sec. Vel. 4. Metti da parte. Mettete nel boccale latte, uova, sale, pepe, prezzemolo tritato e parmigiano e azionate 10 sec. vel. 3. Aggiungete adesso i carciofi e azionate ancora per 10 Sec. Vel.3. Antiorario. Ungete con un pò di burro o olio una teglia da crostata e rivestitela con la pasta brisèe. Versateci dentro il composto ed infornate in forno caldo a 180° per circa 30 Min.
