Ciotola Cartaffini - Tessuto Con le mani creazioni di Nadia Filipponi
Vino consigliato: Sangue di Giuda Azienda Agricola Francesco Quaquarini
Ingredienti:
225 gr di farina
50 gr di fecola
25 gr di cacao amaro
100 gr di burro sciolto
150 gr di zucchero
2 uova
1/2 bacca di vaniglia
Una bustina di lievito per dolci
Per decorare:
1 confezione di corn flakes
Zucchero a velo
Procedimento:
Mettere in una terrina la farina, la fecola, il cacao, lo zucchero, il burro, le uova, i semini della vaniglia ed il lievito… impastare con un cucchiaio o con le mani. Prelevare una noce di impasto per volta, formare delle palline e rotolarle nei corn flakes. Disporre su una teglia rivestita con carta da forno ed infornare per 10 min. a 170°. Una volta raffreddati spolverizzare con zucchero a velo.
